Zumba
23. February 2011 by janet.
I just started taking a Zumba dance class which is the most fun that I’ve ever had in any class. Zumba is combination of Mambo, Salsa and lots of dance moves. Now I had to admit, that most of my life I’ve had two left feet. You know those people who are voted off of Dancing With the Stars the first week, that would be me. Anyway, I did take a Salsa class about five years ago, which for some reason I got the steps down. Maybe it was those trips to Miami that helped or maybe it was my Spanish step Great Grandmother, Marietta, who sailed the Atlantic with my Great Grandfather and may have danced on deck. Maybe that’s it. Anyway, Google Zumba, you won’t believe how many classes there are, it’s wicked fun.
